The Executive Assistant serves as primary support person for the Executive Director and is responsible for the total operation of the facility’s administrative office. Performs complex and confidential administrative related functions to ensure assigned department operations flow smoothly. Types correspondence, memos and reports, and participates in one or more administrative functions such as budgeting or developing complex spreadsheet tracking reports. Provides guidance, direction and information to residents on specific situations that may arise and informs Executive Director, as appropriate. Other responsibilities may include:
- Managing and maintaining executives schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arranging and coordinating meetings and events
- Interacting with internal staff at all levels and with external clients
- Coordinating project-based work
Preferred candidate will have prior experience demonstrating exceptional etiquette. Candidate must be polished and professional and demonstrate the ability to be a team player. Candidate must be able to assist other departments and frequently multi-task between the various responsibilities. Candidate must have strong computer skills and a professional demeanor. Previous high-level administrative experience (min. 2 years) highly preferred.
